Through research, we have concluded that it takes approximately $1,500 to market
a property in different venues, both through the internet and printed publications.
Plus, of 90% of the homes that were sold in 2004, the buyer used a Realtor. The buyers'
agency often receives 3% of the selling price as commission. One large real estate firm
requires their agents to charge a 6% commission on all pre-owned homes, possibly
costing you $1,000's. We are able to save you that money with this choice.
For example, if your home's selling price is $200,000 with a commission rate of 6%, it will
